【教育背景】
1988年 毕业于山东医科大学医学系，学士。
2000年 毕业于北京大学医学部，医学博士。
2005年 考取国家留学基金委当年唯一的急诊专业公派留学基金，于2005-2008年在美国从事博士后研究（急诊与危重病医学），师从美国危重病协会主席、世界脓毒症治疗指南委员会主席Dellinger教授，主要研究方向为脓毒症及呼吸音成像技术。
2008年 在美国参加心肺复苏培训，获得由美国心脏病协会和急诊学会联合授予的心肺复苏合格证书（初级和高级生命支持）。
2011年11月-12月 受法国卫生部邀请，在巴黎Hôtel-Dieu de Paris急救中心做高级访问学者。
【工作经历】
1988年8月-1990年3月 北京天坛医院内科，住院医师。
1990年3月-2009年8月 北京大学第三医院急诊科（该院急诊科组建主要成员之一）住院医师，主治医师，副主任医师，急诊科副主任。
2009年8月-现在 北京世纪坛医院急诊科，主任医师，急诊科主任，急诊教研室主任。

工作以来一直工作在急诊一线，从事急诊医学的临床医疗、教学和科研工作。主要从事急诊各种危重疑难病的抢救及治疗，成功指挥多次重大抢救，对疑难危重病人的诊断及抢救具有丰富的临床实践经验。精通急诊及危重症专业的基础理论和专业知识。

在心肺复苏，严重感染，急性中毒，多脏器功能衰竭，心血管急症，呼吸系统急症，各系统急症，内分泌系统急症等各种危急重症，都具备很高的学术研究水平与临床救治经验。

呼吸音成像技术研究方面世界领先，在世界上率先将呼吸音成像技术应用于急诊危重病人的呼吸病理生理研究，首次发现了哮喘患者的一个病理生理现象，即：哮喘加重时最大呼气相左右肺呼吸音能量峰值不同步，而随病情好转趋于同步的现象。近年来，在脓毒症的临床治疗和学术研究方面达到国际先进水平。
